Exercise

We’ve already discussed the wonderful effects of the endorphins. These are the chemicals you produce during exercise which improve moods. Exercising also has many other benefits that are worth highlighting. Over the next few days i will go through these benefits.

Also, look out in the next few days for posts on the different categories of exercises, such as cardiovascular and resistance training, and how they can benefit you in your weight loss.


Exercising affects men and women differently. In his book No-Beach, No-Zone, No-Nonsense Weight Loss Plan, Jim Johnson describes how exercising alone doesn’t result in weight loss in women, but does in men.
